500 g ground turkey
1 whipping cream
salt, pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, marjoram, vegeta
1 packet of frozen vegetables (peas,carrots,corn)
1 can of white mushrooms or 4 large fresh ones
1 tbs butter
bacon, bread crumbs, parchment paper
Mix ground meat with all the spices and the whipping cream. Stir and refrigerate for about an hour.
Prepare the stuffing:
Sauté onions with butter, add mushrooms, after few minutes vegetables, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 min then add eggs and stir well.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on parchment paper and form layer of meat on it. Put bacon on, spread stuffing. Roll it up, transfer in a pan, add few tsp of water and bake for about 1 and half hr.
