
Toasts with stewed mushrooms
1 Tablespoon of butter
Bowl of fresh sliced mushrooms
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
Salt and herbs
Grated Parmesan cheese
Fry the onions in butter. Add garlic and the sliced mushrooms. Add salt and simmer until tender. Then add the herbs. Serve on toast and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
