1 organic filo dough
1 bunch of asparagus
cheese (cheddar and brie)
sliced bacon (or salami or ham)
egg for brushing
Steam asparagus until half done. Roll out the dough, cut into rectangles. Layer cheese, bacon, asparagus and roll everything in.
Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brunch with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 15-20 min in preheated oven.
