Turkey with blue cheese sauce
  1. Sauté the finely chopped onion in butter, add vegetable broth, white wine, sour cream, and heavy cream. Cook briefly. Grate the blue cheese on the rough side of the grater, add to the sauce and mix until the cheese is melted. Pour finely chopped herbs into the sauce and finally add salt and pepper. Cook briefly again.
  2. Wash, dry and season the turkey cutlets. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat on both sides. Transfer it to plates and pour the sauce over. Serve with steamed vegetables and roasted potatoes or rice.
