- 4 garlic cloves pressed
- 1/5 tablespoon green parsley chopped

- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions
- Portobello mushrooms: Clean the mushrooms, take out the stems and spread the herb butter on all sides. Place them on a baking sheet.
- Butter with herbs: Place butter in a bowl and melt in the microwave or in a saucepan on a stovetop. Mix with crushed garlic and chopped parsley.
- Fill the mushrooms with tomatoes and mozzarella and put in the oven to grill. Grill until slightly golden brown for about 8 minutes.
- Balsamic glaze: In the meantime, prepare balsamic glaze. Pour balsamic vinegar into the saucepan, add sugar and mix slowly until the glaze caramelizes.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze on a plate with mushrooms and sprinkle with chopped basil. Add salt to taste.
