  1. Pour boiling water over the dried mushrooms, cover, and set aside.
  2. Peel all washed vegetables. Cut all into cubes except for the carrots (wheels).
  3. Sauté finely chopped onion on Ghee until golden brown.
  4. Add all vegetables and caraway seeds and pour the broth in after a little while.
  5. Add the drained mushrooms and cook until soft.
  6. At the end, add crushed garlic, chopped parsley, and salt/pepper to taste.
  7. Anyone who likes thicker soups can also add 1-2 beaten eggs.
