
POTATO ROLL WITH HAM

Ingredients
- 400 g potatoes
- butter, milk, salt
- 16 cheese slices
- 200 g ham - turkey
For the dough:
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp flour (milk)
- bread crumbs
- oil

Instructions
- Peel potatoes and cook in salted water.
- Mash with butter and milk.
- On foil spread 8 slices of cheese, spread mashed potatoes on it.
- Place slices of ham in the middle.
- Roll and let cool in the fridge for about half hour.
- Make the second roll the same way.
- Get the dough ready: Mix egg, flour, salt and bit of milk.
- Unwrap the rolls, dip them in egg mixture, then in breadcrumbs and fry on hot oil from all sides.
- Slice and serve warm.
