Ingredients
- 200 g butter cookies
- 1 tsp matcha green powder - green tea
- 60 g melted butter
Filling:
- 2 pcs Philadelphia cream cheese
- 80 g sugar
- 2,5 tsp matcha green powder
- 400 ml heavy whipping cream
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp gelatin
- 2,5 tbsp water

Instructions
- (no bake)
- Ground the cookies in food processor, add matcha and butter and mix.
- Transfer into a cake form and press evenly at the bottom.
- Let chill in the fridge.
Filling:
- In a cup mix 2,5 tbs water, 2 tsp gelatin, mix and microwave for 20 sec.
- In a large bowl beat together cream cheese, sugar, matcha, vanilla, whipping cream and lemon juice.
- Pour in the gelatin mix, stir well.
- Pour over the prepared crust, smooth the top and leave several hours in the fridge. Dust the top with matcha powder.
