
HUNGARIAN CORN SOUP

Ingredients
- 3 bell peppers (yellow, green, orange... as desired)
- 1 onion
- 8-10 pcs mushrooms white
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp flour
- half bag corn frozen
- water or stock (1bouillon if using water)
- 1/2 tsp red paprika, salt, pepper
- basil fresh
- 4 tbsp sour cream

Instructions
- Sautee onion, add sliced mushrooms.
- Then add cubed peppers and pressed garlic
- Cook on high for about 5 min, dust with flour, paprika, mix well.
- Pour stock over and let cook until everything is tender.
- Add corn.
- Mix tomato paste with tomato sauce and pour into the soup
- Flavor with salt, pepper, chopped basil and cook for few minutes.
- Garnish with sour cream and more basil.
