GRANOLA WITH DRIED FRUIT AND NUTS
old fashioned oats
(use gluten free oats for gluten free granola)
maple syrup (or honey)
1 or 1.5
pumpkin seeds, cut up almonds or any other nuts
Mix all ingredients and spread on a rimmed baking sheet lined with a parchment paper. Bake at 350*F for 12 mins, take it out, mix it and bake for another 12 mins. Let it cool completely.
Then add any dried fruit: banana chips, papaya, pineapple, cranberries, cherries, blueberries, raisins, grated coconut….
