Ingredients

flour
all purpose

tsp
salt

tsp
powdered sugar
3
yolks
4
tbsp
sour cream
1/2
tsp
lemon peel
Rum
to taste
oil
for frying
powdered and vanilla sugar
for rolling
Instructions
Mix all ingredients, form dough and let rest for 30 min.
Roll out into a sheet about 2 mm thick, cut into squares.
Cut a cross in the middle of each one.
Fry from both sides, lay out on paper towel to dry the oil and then roll in sugar.
