- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 package vanilla sugar

Instructions
- Cook thick pudding from milk, sugar and pudding powder, then mix with fruit juice.
- Grease and flour cake pan.
- Spread half of crumbs at the bottom, bake for 5 min at 160 C.
- Remove from oven, layer with fruit, pour pudding over and sprinkle leftover crumbs on top.
- Bake about 10 min, pour heavy whipping cream over and bake additional 10 min.
- Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
