Ingredients
- 250 g ground meat
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 2 cloves of garlic
- spices, salt, pepper
- oil
And:
- 3 green scallions
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tomato paste
- broth or bouillon
- 1 can of corn (without brine)
- a handful of cherry tomatoes
- chilli pepper (optional)
- salt, pepper
- fresh coriander to taste

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground meat with spices and flour and shape into balls. Cut up the scallions, onion and garlic into small pieces and sauté until golden. Add meatballs, cook until done. Pour in a bit of water, mix, add broth and 3 tablespoons of tomato paste and cook for a while. If necessary, add more water, and also corn, halved cherry tomatoes, and (optional) chili pepper (no seeds). Cook for about 30-45 minutes. At the end, add chopped coriander. Garnish with scallions and coriander leaves.
