Ingredients
- 1 cup white yogurt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup shredded coconut unsweetened
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons Rum
- 1 cup oil
- 1,5 tablespoons baking powder
Cocoa icing:
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 tablespoons butter melting
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon maizena

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients with a hand blender. Pour on a greased baking sheet sprinkled with flour and bake at 350*F for about an hour. You can also add chopped nuts to the dough.
- Cocoa icing: Cook all in a saucepan until it blends together and pour the warm icing over the baked dessert.
