Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 onion large
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 500 g tomato sauce
- beef stock
- 2 chilli peppers (fresh or dried)
- 4-5 cloves garlic
- dried basil, salt, pepper, sweet and hot paprika
- 2 tomatoes cubed
- 1 can red kidney beans

Instructions
- In large pan saute onion, add meat, season, add garlic and paprika and cook stirring constantly.
- Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, bit of stock and basil and simmer for about 15 min.
- Serve topped with sour cream, scallions and grated cheese.
