- Sauté finely chopped onion until it turns a golden color.
- Add the chicken breasts (cut up into cubes) and season with salt, pepper, turmeric and your herbs. Cook for a bit.
- Add some chicken broth (or water), cut up the potatoes (with the skin) and simmer under the lid until semi-soft.
- Cut the zucchinis into cubes, add to the pot, and cook until everything is soft.
