CHICKEN BREAST WITH BASIL AND GARLIC
of chicken breast
(approximately 80 ml)
a handful of fresh basil leaves
Cut small pockets in the washed and dried chicken breasts.
Mix oil, basil, garlic, salt, ketchup with a hand mixer and pour the marinade over the meat.
Let it rest for a few hours.
Brush the pan with a bit of oil, transfer the meat and cook on both sides until done. (Could be done in the oven as well)
Serve with baked potatoes.
