- 1 Philadelphia cream cheese (226 g)
- 1 tbsp butter (room temperature)
- 1 package vanilla powder or or 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 175 g powdered sugar
- half package butter cookies
- 3 tbsp ground chocolate
- Beat cheese, butter and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Gradually add powdered sugar.
- Beat until smooth, let chill in refrigerator for about an hour.
- Using a spoon cut out small balls, roll in cookie crumbs and top with melted chocolate.
- Store in cool place.
