Ingredients
- 1 smaller sized celery root
- 1/2 apple with peel
- 1 carrot
- 150 g Farmer cheese
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. sour cream
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 Tbsp. chives finely cut
- salt, pepper to taste

Instructions
- Put Farmer cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream in a bowl. Season, add lemon juice and chives then mix thoroughly.
- Grate the celery, carrot and apple on a fine grater and add to the mixture.
- Mix gently and let it cool in the fridge for about 1 hour.
