  1. In a large bowl beat the eggs with electric mixer, add sugar, vanilla, all the species, baking powder, salt and flour and beat together.
  2. Stir in the carrots.
  3. Bake on baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or baking paper at 180 C for about 15 min.
  4. While still warm, transfer onto a clean towel and roll up.
Prepare the filling:
  1. Beat all the ingredience together until smooth.
  2. Unroll the cooled sheet, spread filling and roll up again.
  3. Chill and dust with powdered sugar.
