
BUNDT CAKE WITH GINGER-bread-APPLE FILLING

Ingredients
- 410 g flour
- 30 g yeast
- 50 g sugar
- dash of salt
- 150 ml lukewarm milk
- 1 egg
- 50 g butter
- 1 lemon peel
Filling:
- 100 g rum ginger-breads
- 100 g butter melted
- 3 apples
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions
- Mix yeast, spoon of sugar and bit of milk and let rise.
- Mix Flour, sugar, salt, yeast, eggs, melted butter and milk, kneed dough, cover and let rise in warm place.
- Roll out into a rectangle.
- Grate peeled apples and ginger-breads.
- Mix with cocoa powder and butter, spread on dough.
- Roll up and place in greased and floured bundt cake form
- Let rise few minutes then bake about hour at 160 C.
