Ingredients

(separated in small pieces)

large onion
chopped

coarsely grated

garlic

chicken stock
To thicken:

butter

whipping cream

cheddar cheese,
grated

asiago cheese
grated

garlic powder

cayenne pepper,salt, pepper
Instructions
In a large pot boil stock, broccoli, onion, garlic and carrots until vegetables are halfway done.
Melt butter in small pan, add flour and cook until golden.
Add to soup while constantly stirring to prevent clumps.
Add whipping cream and cheeses, season to taste, cook 5 more minutes.
