Bok Choy and sweet potato soup
(can be replaced with regular potatoes)
a handful of fresh oyster mushrooms
bok choy halved
salt, pepper, 1 tsp sweet paprika, caraway, (or dried herbs)
water or broth
Sauté finely chopped onion until golden brown. Add the clean mushrooms and mix. Add paprika, caraway and broth.
After about 10 minutes, add sweet potatoes, herbs, crushed garlic and cook until soft.
Finally, add halved bok choy and cook briefly, season with salt and pepper.
