Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 Tbsp. Ghee butter
- 3 sweet potatoes (can be replaced with regular potatoes)
- a handful of fresh oyster mushrooms
- 4 pieces bok choy halved
- salt, pepper, 1 tsp sweet paprika, caraway, (or dried herbs)
- 4 garlic cloves -pressed
- water or broth

Instructions
- Sauté finely chopped onion until golden brown. Add the clean mushrooms and mix. Add paprika, caraway and broth.
- After about 10 minutes, add sweet potatoes, herbs, crushed garlic and cook until soft.
- Finally, add halved bok choy and cook briefly, season with salt and pepper.
