Beef patties with Farmer cheese
up roll soaked in a little bit of milk
all purpose flour
salt, pepper, paprika spice
bunch of parsley
Mix the ground meat, finely chopped onion, Farmer cheese, egg, salt, pepper, paprika and chopped parsley in a large bowl. Then add the roll and flour; mix everything thoroughly.
Dip your hands in cold water to prevent the meat from sticking and shape the mixture into smaller patties. Fry them on both sides in oil. Serve with boiled or mashed potatoes or fries.
You can place the patties in the oven for 15 mins and add a bit of water in the baking pan. The meat will release juice, which you can put on potatoes.
