
BACON BITS BUNS

Ingredients
- 500 g shredded bacon bits Pork greaves
- 500 g flour
- 1 tbsp yeast dry active
- 300 ml milk
- 3 tbsp oil sunflower
- 3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 yolks for brushing
- carraway seeds, sesame seeds, etc

Instructions
- In a big bowl mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Add oil, one egg and slowly pour in lukewarm milk.
- On floured surface kneed the dough, it should be thick and not sticky.
- Return to bowl and let rise in warm place, covered with towel.
- On floured surface roll the dough out, spread 1/3 of bacon bits and fold (as shown).
- Let rise for 20 min.
- Repeat twice more.
- At the end roll the dough out thicker (over half inch).
- Cut out circles, place on baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Brush with yolks, sprinkle with seeds and bake in preheated oven at 180 C for about 15 min until golden.
