Ingredients
- 8 fresh artichoke hearts / you can also use canned artichoke - 4 smaller glasses without brine
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2-3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- Chicken broth (you can use 2 chicken bouillon cubes)
- 100 ml heavy cream (or half & half)
- spices, salt, pepper
- Parmesan
- croutons
- parsley

Instructions
- Clean and prepare your artichokes.
- Melt the butter in a pot, sprinkle the flour and mix until golden brown. Pour over the broth and mix. Add artichokes, spices, mix again and cook until soft, stirring occasionally. Mix the soup with an immersion mixer. Add the heavy cream.
- Garnish the soup on a plate with grated cheese, croutons and parsley.
