500 g turkey breast (season with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning
600 g pumpkin (cleaned, cubed)
2 large carrots
2 celery stalks
1 parsley root
2 tbs Ghee
1 can roman peas
1 cup tomato sauce
3-4 cloves of garlic (pressed)
seasoning – salt, pepper, basil, marjoram, caraway seed
On Ghee sear seasoned cubed meat from all sides, add chopped onion and sliced leek. After a while add cubed potatoes,
celery, carrot, parsley. Pour in stock and simmer till almost done. Add tomato sauce, pumpkin, drained peas.
Season with herbs, garlic and cook for about 10 more minutes.
Serve with rice or bread.
