PLUM JELLY CAKE

1/2 l water
dash salt
100 g shortening
230 g flour
5 eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder

Cream filling:
500 g farmers cheese
200 ml sour cream
1 vanilla sugar
2 tbs powdered sugar
2 tbs melted butter
2 tbs melted shortening
1 powder for whipping cream
about 500 g plum jelly

Bring water with salt and shortening to boil, while stirring mix in flour until thick paste forms. Let cool little , then gradually mix in eggs one by one. Add baking powder at the end. Divide dough in half, spread on two baking sheets. Bake at 200°C for 10-15 min until pink and little bubbly. Let cool. Spread jelly on one crust, put the cheese spread on top and cover with the other crust, press lightly together. Drizzle chocolate and lemon frosting on top. ( Lemon frosting: 1 tbs boiling water mix with 1 tbs lemon juice and whisk with 100 g powdered sugar until smooth and thick).

Lemon frosting:
1 tablespoon hot water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
100 g powdered sugar

Pour water with lemon juice into a bowl and gradually add powdered sugar while mixing. Whip with a whisk until the frosting gets thicker.
