250 g flour
125 g butter
70 g sugar
1 vanilla sugar
1 egg
dash of salt
Filling:
2 cans of apricots
apricot preserves
3 egg whites
100 g powdered sugar
50 g ground almonds
Mix flour with softened butter, sugar, salt and egg. Form dough, wrap in foil and let rest in refrigerator for 30 min.
Strain apricots. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or grease and flour, roll out the dough on it. Spread thin layer of
preserves, layer with apricots. Bake 20 min in preheated oven.
Whip the whites, mix in sugar and almonds, spread on pie ad bake additional 10 min.

200 g flour
30 g powdered sugar
100 g softened butter
1 yolk
salt
60 g plum jelly
honey (1-2 tbs)
Filling:
100 g softened butter
70 g sugar
2 eggs
40 g flour
dash of baking soda
100 g ground almonds
1 tbs cornstarch
2 ripe pears
In large bowl mix flour, salt, sugar, yolk and pieces of softened butter. Form dough, wrap in foil and let rest at least 30 min in refrigerator.
With help of foil roll out the dough so it fits over greased and floured pan and bake at 180 C for 13 min. Take out of the oven, let stand for
few minutes and brush with jelly.
Whip out butter and sugar, add eggs, flour, cornstarch, soda and almonds, mix. Fill into crust. Slice pears on top and brush the whole pie with honey.
Finish baking at 160 C for 25 min. You can sprinkle cooled pie with powdered sugar.

CHICKEN SAUCE WITH PICKLES

1 pkg chicken breast (400-500g)
1 onion
3 tbs oil
1 chilli pepper
2 tbs ketchup
200 ml whipping cream
few small pickles
1 tbs cornstarch
salt, pepper
Slice chicken into noodles, season. In larger pan, grill chopped onion. Add meat, finely chopped chilli pepper and grill for
about 5 min. When meat is done add ketchup, bit of water, cream and bring to boil. At the end add pickles and thicken the sauce
cornstarch dissolved in water. Salt and pepper to taste.

60 g cocoa powder

Form dough, make small balls. With end side of wooden spoon make little holes in them. Bake shortly.
After coolin fill holes with jam.

6-10 smaller pieces of chicken meat
1 tbs mustard
2 tbs honey
small cup of sour cream (mixed with bit of whipping cream)
salt, pepper, poultry seasoning
olive oil
bunch of fresh parsley
Sear seasoned meat on both sides in large pan, add mustard, honey, cream, chopped parsley and simmer.
Serve with rice.

3-4 potatoes
100 g rice
2 tbs butter
1 onion
2 carrots
1 large pickle
bit of whipping cream
2 bouillon cubes
spices – 3 bay leaves, 6 whole peppercorns, 6 allspice
Cube potatoes and pickle. Coarsely ground the carrot. Saute finely chopped onion on butter, add rice, potatoes, pickle, carrot,
spices, bouillon and water. Cook until rice and potatoes are tender. Smooth with whipping cream.

140 g chocolate
7 tbs heavy whipping cream
140 g sugar
1 vanilla sugar
2 yolks
140 g butter
1 pkg of wafer sheets
Melt chocolate and cream. Add yolks, sugar and heat on small flame while stirring constantly.
Then add softened butter, mix well and spread on wafers. Layer 6 on top of each other.
Wrap in aluminum foil. Put at least 4 kg weight on top and let rest for 3 days in cool place.
Slice into small bars.

Dough:
280 g flour
100 g powdered sugar
1 vanilla sugar
180 g melted butter
80 g ground walnuts
1 egg
Filling:
2 vanilla pudding mixes
500 ml milk
150 g softened butter
100 g powdered sugar
100 g dark chocolate
1 tbs oil
Mix all dough ingredients together, form dough. Press into greased and floured basket forms,bake 10 min at 160 C.
Mix milk and pudding powder, boil until thickens. Cool, add butter and powdered sugar. Using electric mixer beat until smooth.
Fill the baskets using decorating bag with star shaped tip. Melt chocolate and oil, drizzle on top.

Toasts with stewed mushrooms

1 Tablespoon of butter
Bowl of fresh sliced mushrooms
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
Salt and herbs
Grated Parmesan cheese

Fry the onions in butter. Add garlic and the sliced mushrooms. Add salt and simmer until tender. Then add the herbs. Serve on toast and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

12 slices edam cheese
200 g sliced ham
cream cheese
3 cloves of garlic
2 cubes of soft spreadable cheese
1 red bell pepper
Beat together soft cheese, cream cheese and pressed garlic.
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil, layer with sliced cheese (slices overlapping a bit). Put in oven and let soften. Press seams with fingers to connect. Layer with ham, cheese mixture and sliced red pepper. Roll it up and let chill in refrigerator overnight.
