8 large hard-boiled eggs chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise,
1/2 cup salsa 1/2 cup onion- finely chopped
1/2 cup celery- finely chopped
1 large avocado
2 tablespoons lime juice
salt,pepper, cayenne pepper, as desired
What you will need:
200g frozen peas
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste
First, stew carrots as follows:
Cook cut up carrots with a bit of water and bouillon until half soft. Add frozen peas and cook until soft.
Melt 4 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Stir in flour.
Mix the two and cook for a bit.
Add salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.
After washing and drying the chicken breast completely, add chicken seasoning.
Heat the oil and cook the chicken until golden brown.
Serve with mashed potatoes with chopped scallions.
