KIWI DESSERT

4 eggs
200 g sugar
200 g flour
100 ml oil
little bit of milk
1 tbs baking powder

Filling:
1 heavy whipping cream
2 cups sour cream
1 vanilla sugar
50 g sugar

Beat sugar and yolks. Add oil, slowly mix in flour and baking powder. Add milk as needed. Whip the whites and fold in. Bake in greased and floured pan for 30-35 min at 160 °C.

Whip the whipping cream, mix with sugar and sour cream. Spread on top of cooled cake, slice kiwi on top. Make topping ( mix water, sugar, kiwi syrup and pudding powder, boil), pour over the cake. Let chill in refrigerator.
