  1. In a pot, sauté the onion cut up in cubes. Add the frozen vegetables and cook for a while. Cut the chicken into cubes, add to the vegetables and season. Rinse and drain the rice, add to the vegetables and meat and add 1 liter of water. Cook for 20 minutes.
  2. Put the risotto on a plate and sprinkle with grated cheese. You can serve with sour cream or white yogurt.

  1. Cook water, bouillons, diced potatoes, bay leaves, sauerkraut (no juice), and caraway seeds until the potatoes are semi-soft. In a pan, sauté finely chopped onion and cut up sausage.
  2. Add the mixture to the soup and season with sweet paprika.
  3. Pour a bit of cold water into a cup, add flour or starch, whisk thoroughly, and add to the soup together with the heavy cream (or half & half).
  4. Cook for a few minutes. Salt to taste.

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Lentil: Cook rinsed lentils in water with salt until soft. (Cook for about 20-30 minutes).
Sauce:
  1. Melt Ghee butter in a large pan. Add cumin, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf and mix. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. Then take out the cloves and bay leaf and add the pressed ginger and garlic.
  2. Finally pour in the tomato puree and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.
  3. If you like spicy dishes, you can also add chili pepper.
  4. Once the sauce is done, add the lentils with some lentil water and cook it for a bit.
  5. Then pour in the heavy cream.
  6. Serve with rice and garnish with coriander.

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the poppy seed filling, water, jam, sugar, spices and heat. Set it aside to cool. Add raisins, lemon peel and chopped nuts to the cooled mixture
  2. Split the dough into two equal parts, then roll out the dough until it’s flat. Fill both with filling, and roll them up. Beat one egg and spread it over the poppy seed roll. You can also sprinkle it with almond flakes. Bake in a preheated oven for about 50 minutes at 320F.

  3. In a bowl, mix a bit of water, about 2 tablespoons of flour and heavy cream. Mix well and pour into the soup.

  1. (no bake)

  2. Ground the cookies in food processor, add matcha and butter and mix.

  3. Transfer into a cake form and press evenly at the bottom.

  4. Let chill in the fridge.

Filling:
  1. In a cup mix 2,5 tbs water, 2 tsp gelatin, mix and microwave for 20 sec.

  2. In a large bowl beat together cream cheese, sugar, matcha, vanilla, whipping cream and lemon juice.

  3. Pour in the gelatin mix, stir well.

  4. Pour over the prepared crust, smooth the top and leave several hours in the fridge. Dust the top with matcha powder.
