Ingredients
- chicken meat (cooked or grilled)
- 1 bag of frozen vegetables
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 cups rice (before cooking rice - in general - it is better to rinse it and let it soak overnight. Then rinse it a few times the next day to remove most of the arsenic that is present in rice)
- 1 l water
- salt, pepper
- 1 teaspoon vegeta
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
- grated cheese
- sour cream or white yogurt optional

Instructions
- In a pot, sauté the onion cut up in cubes. Add the frozen vegetables and cook for a while. Cut the chicken into cubes, add to the vegetables and season. Rinse and drain the rice, add to the vegetables and meat and add 1 liter of water. Cook for 20 minutes.
- Put the risotto on a plate and sprinkle with grated cheese. You can serve with sour cream or white yogurt.
