- Put buckwheat into a pot, pour boiling water over it, season with salt and cook. Sauté the vegetables in a pan, seasoned with spices. After they are done, add boiled buckwheat to the mixture. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven (350*F) for about 10 minutes.
