Instructions
  1. Sauté the finely chopped onion and crushed garlic.
  2. Add the diced potatoes, broth and cook until the potatoes are soft.
  3. Add washed spinach leaves and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Finally, mix the soup with an immersion mixer. Add heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
  5. This soup can be served with croutons, sour cream or grated parmesan.

Instructions
  1. Rinse the beans and leave in a bowl in cold water overnight.
  2. The next day, strain the beans and cook in salted water until soft.
  3. Cook the dried mushrooms in boiling water.
  4. Sauté finely chopped onion until golden brown.
  5. Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into cubes.
  6. Add them to the onion, season with caraway, add mushrooms, bay leaves, vegetable broth and cook until soft.
  7. Add cooked beans. Set some aside.
  8. Let the soup cook for about a minute, remove the bay leaves and mix the soup into a smooth cream with a stick mixer. Pour in the heavy cream and mix.
  9. Season it with sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  10. Garnish the soup on a plate with croutons, beans and chopped dill.

  2. Garnish the soup on a plate with sour cream, herbs or seeds.

  1. Pour boiling water over the dried mushrooms, cover, and set aside.
  2. Peel all washed vegetables. Cut all into cubes except for the carrots (wheels).
  3. Sauté finely chopped onion on Ghee until golden brown.
  4. Add all vegetables and caraway seeds and pour the broth in after a little while.
  5. Add the drained mushrooms and cook until soft.
  6. At the end, add crushed garlic, chopped parsley, and salt/pepper to taste.
  7. Anyone who likes thicker soups can also add 1-2 beaten eggs.
