Instructions
  1. Beat yolks with sugar, add ground wafers and dried fruit.
  2. Fold in the whites.
  3. Pour into greased and floured cake pan, bake for 30-40 min at 170 C.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Melt chocolate and drizzle on top, sprinkle with sliced almond, garnish with mint.
