  1. Grind the biscuits, add butter, sugar and then massage it all together until it creates a dough-like texture. Move it to a glass pie dish to form the bottom layer of the cheesecake.
Filling:
  1. Mix the ingredients with a hand blender. Beat in each egg separately for about 1 minute. Add the mixture to the pie dish to form the cheese layer. Bake in a preheated oven at 325*F for about an hour. After an hour, turn off the oven and let the cheesecake sit there for a bit. Cheesecake is best served the next day.
  2. Serve with fresh fruit or jam.

  1. Place a bowl of chocolate pieces (or chocolate chips) in a water bath. After it has melted, let it cool. Whisk the butter, sugar and vanilla extract and add the melted chocolate. Then, whisk one egg at a time into the mixture. Finally, add the flour with cocoa and baking powder. When the dough is nice and smooth, place it in the fridge (preferably overnight). The next day, preheat the oven to 380F and bake small balls of the dough covered in granulated sugar first, then in powdered sugar, on a lined cookie sheet for about 10-12 minutes. Let them cool after they are done.

  1. The cake: Beat 4 eggs and 200 grams of powdered sugar into foam. Add 200 grams of all purpose flour, baking powder and 6 tablespoons of oil. Beat until smooth. Oil the cake pan (8 inch tall pan) and sprinkle with flour. Pour the mixed ingredients into the pan. Bake at 360F for about 40 mins or until done.
  2. Frosting: Mascarpone, heavy cream, Farmer cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract. First, mix all the ingredients above in a bowl at a low speed, then slowly increase the speed to make the frosting thick.
  3. Cut the cake in 3 equal layers. Spread the frosting and cut up fruit (bananas, strawberries), laying them on each layer. Cover the sides and the top of the cake in frosting as well. To decorate: Pour chocolate (diluted with milk) over the top of the cake.

  1. In food processor crush crackers.

  2. Pour in vanilla extract and butter and work it in by hand.

  3. Transfer into greased cake pan and press tightly on the bottom.

  4. Bake 10 min at 160 C.

Filling:
  1. In a bowl beat filling ingredience until smooth and fluffy.

  2. Pour onto a crust and bake about 30 min.

  3. Let cool and top with fruit.

  2. Ground the cookies in food processor, add matcha and butter and mix.
  3. Transfer into a cake form and press evenly at the bottom.
  4. Let chill in the fridge.
Filling:
  1. In a cup mix 2,5 tbs water, 2 tsp gelatin, mix and microwave for 20 sec.
  2. In a large bowl beat together cream cheese, sugar, matcha, vanilla, whipping cream and lemon juice.
  3. Pour in the gelatin mix, stir well.
  4. Pour over the prepared crust, smooth the top and leave several hours in the fridge. Dust the top with matcha powder.
