Instructions
  1. Cut the beef and pork into small cubes. Bring water to a boil in a big pot, add the spices, the bouillon and the beef cubes to it. Cook the beef until semi-soft, add the pork and cook until all meat is almost soft.
  2. Meanwhile, sauté the finely chopped onion in a pan, add the cleaned and chopped vegetables, sprinkle them with sweet paprika and transfer everything to the pot with meat. Then add tomato paste mixed with water and cabbage cut into strips and cook. Thicken the soup with all purpose flour mixed in a small amount of water and cook. Finally, add the drained pickled beets. Season the soup with salt, sugar and vinegar.
  3. Serve with sour cream.

CORIANDER MEAT BALLS
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix the ground meat with spices and flour and shape into balls. Cut up the scallions, onion and garlic into small pieces and sauté until golden. Add meatballs, cook until done. Pour in a bit of water, mix, add broth and 3 tablespoons of tomato paste and cook for a while. If necessary, add more water, and also corn, halved cherry tomatoes, and (optional) chili pepper (no seeds). Cook for about 30-45 minutes. At the end, add chopped coriander. Garnish with scallions and coriander leaves.

Instructions
  1. Sautee onion, add sliced mushrooms.

  2. Then add cubed peppers and pressed garlic

  3. Cook on high for about 5 min, dust with flour, paprika, mix well.

  4. Pour stock over and let cook until everything is tender.

  5. Add corn.

  6. Mix tomato paste with tomato sauce and pour into the soup

  7. Flavor with salt, pepper, chopped basil and cook for few minutes.

  8. Garnish with sour cream and more basil.
