In a pot, heat up Ghee, add diced squash,
sliced ginger, garlic, spices, broth of your choice and cook until soft.
Add a handful of cashew nuts, sour cream and mix the soup with an immersion mixer until smooth.
Garnish the soup with cashew nuts and parsley when serving.
Cut the Brie and ham into cubes. Add finely cut up onion, eggs and chives. Mix in mayonnaise, sour cream and spices. Let cool in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
In a pot, sauté the onion. Add cleaned and sliced mushrooms and drizzle them with lemon juice. Cook for several minutes. Pour in water with 2 cubes of broth and cook. Next, add the diced potatoes and caraway seeds in the soup. When the potatoes are almost soft, mix in a bowl water, one tablespoon of all purpose flour, a bit of heavy cream, and 3 tablespoons of sour cream. Stir everything well and pour into the soup. Cook for a while and finally season with soy sauce, salt, and lemon juice.
Wash the fish fillets, dry them and cut them into larger cubes.
In a bowl, mix eggs with sour cream, season (salt, pepper, nutmeg) and carefully mix in flour. Blend all ingredients together with a whisk to form a smooth batter. Dip the fillets in batter and then in breadcrumbs mixed with dried parsley. Put them on skewers and fry on all sides in hot oil. Drizzle with lemon juice when serving.
Cut the beef and pork into small cubes. Bring water to a boil in a big pot, add the spices, the bouillon and the beef cubes to it. Cook the beef until semi-soft, add the pork and cook until all meat is almost soft.
Meanwhile, sauté the finely chopped onion in a pan, add the cleaned and chopped vegetables, sprinkle them with sweet paprika and transfer everything to the pot with meat. Then add tomato paste mixed with water and cabbage cut into strips and cook. Thicken the soup with all purpose flour mixed in a small amount of water and cook. Finally, add the drained pickled beets. Season the soup with salt, sugar and vinegar.
Cut up zucchini (unpeeled), carrots, celery and parsley roots in small cubes and cook until semi-soft. Cut up the other ingredients in cubes as well. In a large bowl, mix everything, add salt, pepper and finally mix in the sour cream, mayonnaise and mustard. Let it rest in the fridge for a few hours.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, butter, sour cream, mustard and grated cheese. Add chopped eggs and grated radishes (save some for garnish), salt, pepper.
Spread the mixture on slices of bread or rolls and garnish with fresh herbs and grated radishes.
Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts. Season on both sides with salt, pepper, and the chicken seasoning. Place them in a larger skillet with 2 tbsp of Ghee and fry on both sides. Now place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and set aside. Slice the cleaned mushrooms and sauté for a while using the skillet that you just used for the chicken. Then lay the mushrooms on the chicken, season with salt and cumin. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 360° F for 30 minutes. Then add sour cream in the baking dish and bake for another 15 minutes.
