- 300 ml milk
- 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 10 dkg softened butter
Topping:
- 20 dkg fresh cranberries
- 1 canned pineapple
- 1 canned apricots
- 1 bag sliced almonds

Instructions
- Beat yolks with sugar, slowly add flour and whipped whites, then oil, water and vanilla extract.
- Bake in greased and floured cake pan.
- Mix milk and pudding powder, cook, then let cool down stirring occasionally.
- Cream butter with sugar, slowly mix in pudding adding only bit at a time.
- Let the fresh cranberries boil over with sugar and bit of water. Let cool down.
- Split the cake in half. Spread filling, sprinkle with sliced almonds, decorate with fruit. Repeat on top layer.
