Instructions
  1. Beat yolks with sugar, slowly add flour and whipped whites, then oil, water and vanilla extract.
  2. Bake in greased and floured cake pan.
  3. Mix milk and pudding powder, cook, then let cool down stirring occasionally.
  4. Cream butter with sugar, slowly mix in pudding adding only bit at a time.
  5. Let the fresh cranberries boil over with sugar and bit of water. Let cool down.
  6. Split the cake in half. Spread filling, sprinkle with sliced almonds, decorate with fruit. Repeat on top layer.

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl beat the eggs with electric mixer, add sugar, vanilla, all the species, baking powder, salt and flour and beat together.

  2. Stir in the carrots.

  3. Bake on baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or baking paper at 180 C for about 15 min.

  4. While still warm, transfer onto a clean towel and roll up.

Prepare the filling:
  1. Beat all the ingredience together until smooth.

  2. Unroll the cooled sheet, spread filling and roll up again.

  3. Chill and dust with powdered sugar.

  1. Melt butter and let cool.Mix flour, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and ground lemon peel. Let the yeast rise in milk, spoon of sugar and bit of flour, pour into the dry mix. Add yolks, whipping cream and at the end melted butter (raisins and nuts if desired). Kneed the dough by hand, dust with flour and let rise at warm place for 1 hour. Make two loaves, place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let rise additional 15 min. Brush with egg, with sharp knife cut a cross on top. Bake at 180 C. Brush with egg again after 20 min of baking, sprinkle with shaved almonds and finish baking for another 30 min. Done when toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

130 g softened butter
3-4 tbs water
3 tbs cocoa powder Rum (as needed)

Form dough. Make small balls, roll them in powdered sugar and press into beehive molds. Make a hole using the handle of wooden spoon, pour in filling, close with wafer. Chill.
