Instructions
  1. Cut the onion and leek into small pieces, cabbage into strips and the red pepper into squares.
  2. Let the tofu drip and dry. Cut into cubes and let marinate in soy sauce for a few minutes.
  3. Into a large Wok pan, fry the tofu on all sides.
  4. Take it out of the pan and keep it some place warm. Sauté the finely chopped onion in the same (unwashed) pan, add cabbage, leek and after a while also pepper and fry everything for a while. Season with ginger. Drizzle with wine or water, cover and simmer until soft. At the end, thicken the vegetables with cornstarch (maizena) and season with salt.
  5. Put back the tofu and serve with rice.
