- 2 pcs mango
- 1 can red beans
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 lenon (juice only)
- 1 bunch of parsley or coriander
- pinch of Himalayan pink salt
- pinch of pepper

Instructions
- Cut up mango and onion into small cubes and put in a bowl. Add rinsed red beans (under running water), finely chopped parsley (or coriander), salt, pepper, and drizzle all with lemon. Mix thoroughly.
- Leave for a while in the fridge before serving with tortilla chips.
