INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Put the chocolate and butter in a bowl and dissolve together, either in the microwave or in a water bath (boil water in a pot and place the bowl of chocolate and butter in it until they dissolve). Mix thoroughly and allow to cool with occasional stirring.
  2. Take 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar and set aside. Whip the rest of the sugar together with the yolks. Mix the flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Mix the egg whites and the rest of the sugar, and whip them until soft peaks form.
  3. Pour chilled chocolate into the yolk mousse and mix well. Then add ground nuts and flour. Finally, mix bit by bit of the egg whites into the mixture.
  4. Pour the dough into the greased baking mold (butter it and sprinkle with flour). Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for about 35-40 minutes.
Chocolate icing:
  1. Place the chocolate in a bowl and pour hot heavy cream in. Mix thoroughly with a fork.
  2. With occasional stirring, let the icing cool down.
  3. Pour the icing over the chocolate bread and garnish with chopped nuts.

  1. Put oil in a blender and keep adding the spinach until it has been mixed thoroughly.
  2. In a larger bowl mix eggs, buttermilk, sugar and add the spinach mixed with oil. Finally, sift the flour (mixed with baking soda and salt) into the mix and blend everything nice and smooth.
  3. Pour the dough into a 20 cm round mold, line the bottom with baking paper and bake at 350 F for about 45-50 minutes (test with a skewer to see if it is done). Let the cake cool down, cut off the top and save it on the side for later.
  4. Whip 100 ml heavy cream with 250 g of mascarpone, 10 g of vanilla sugar and 40 g of powdered sugar. First slowly, for about a minute and then whip using the highest speed for about 2 minutes. Slow down the blender again and mix in 125 g of Farmer cheese (adding it by spoons). Put the frosting on the cooled cake.
  5. Crumble the cut off top of the cake and sprinkle the crumbs over the frosting.
  6. Decorate the cake with fruit.

  1. Dough: Mix all ingredients except for the sour cream. Add it only if needed. Split the dough in half and keep one half in the fridge and the other in the freezer.
  2. Filling: Mix the ingredients until smooth.
  3. Take the dough out of the fridge.
  4. Grease the baking pan (10”x14”) and sprinkle it with all purpose flour.
  5. Spread the dough onto the pan.
  6. Layer the filling on top of the dough.
  7. Take the other dough out of the freezer and grate it against the large slicing holes on your grater. Sprinkle the grated dough over the filling.
  8. Place the baking pan in the preheated oven (400° F) and bake it for about 20-30 mins.
  9. Keep checking on it until done.

  1. The cake: Beat 4 eggs and 200 grams of powdered sugar into foam. Add 200 grams of all purpose flour, baking powder and 6 tablespoons of oil. Beat until smooth. Oil the cake pan (8 inch tall pan) and sprinkle with flour. Pour the mixed ingredients into the pan. Bake at 360F for about 40 mins or until done.
  2. Frosting: Mascarpone, heavy cream, Farmer cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract. First, mix all the ingredients above in a bowl at a low speed, then slowly increase the speed to make the frosting thick.
  3. Cut the cake in 3 equal layers. Spread the frosting and cut up fruit (bananas, strawberries), laying them on each layer. Cover the sides and the top of the cake in frosting as well. To decorate: Pour chocolate (diluted with milk) over the top of the cake.
