Ingredients
- 250 g flour all purpose
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 3 yolks
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 1/2 tsp lemon peel
- Rum to taste
- oil for frying
- powdered and vanilla sugar for rolling

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients, form dough and let rest for 30 min.
- Roll out into a sheet about 2 mm thick, cut into squares.
- Cut a cross in the middle of each one.
- Fry from both sides, lay out on paper towel to dry the oil and then roll in sugar.
