Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons Ghee butter
- 3 cloves of pressed garlic
- a piece of finely chopped ginger
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1 jar of pickled mushrooms (no brine)
- 1 small of frozen beans
- 4 diced potatoes
- spices - garam masalu (Indian spice), salt, pepper, marjoram, sweet paprika, turmeric, crushed caraway
- broth or hot water
- parsley for garnish

Instructions
- In a pot, heat the Ghee and sauté the finely chopped onion. Add garlic, ginger, spices. Sprinkle with flour and cook a couple minutes. Pour in the broth, add diced potatoes, mushrooms and beans. Mix and cook until everything is soft. Garnish the stew with parsley.
