- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2-3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- salt (herbal salt optional), pepper, lemon to taste.

Instructions
- Heat up the butter in a pot and add flour. Stir for a while. Slowly add milk and mix constantly until white porridge is formed with no lumps. Season with salt and pepper. Lastly put in washed spinach leaves. Cook for a while and then mix with an immersion mixer.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and eggs sunny side up.
