
BROCCOLI SOUP LA PANERA

Ingredients
- 3 pcs bigger broccoli (separated in small pieces)
- 1 pcs large onion chopped
- 3 pcs carrots coarsely grated
- 4 clove garlic pressed
- 1 l chicken stock
To thicken:
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 100 g cheddar cheese, grated
- 100 g asiago cheese grated
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- dash cayenne pepper,salt, pepper

Instructions
- In a large pot boil stock, broccoli, onion, garlic and carrots until vegetables are halfway done.
- Melt butter in small pan, add flour and cook until golden.
- Add to soup while constantly stirring to prevent clumps.
- Add whipping cream and cheeses, season to taste, cook 5 more minutes.
