Instructions
  1. Mix yeast, spoon of sugar and bit of milk and let rise.
  2. Mix Flour, sugar, salt, yeast, eggs, melted butter and milk, kneed dough, cover and let rise in warm place.
  3. Roll out into a rectangle.
  4. Grate peeled apples and ginger-breads.
  5. Mix with cocoa powder and butter, spread on dough.
  6. Roll up and place in greased and floured bundt cake form
  7. Let rise few minutes then bake about hour at 160 C.

  1. (no bake)
  2. Ground the cookies in food processor, add matcha and butter and mix.
  3. Transfer into a cake form and press evenly at the bottom.
  4. Let chill in the fridge.
Filling:
  1. In a cup mix 2,5 tbs water, 2 tsp gelatin, mix and microwave for 20 sec.
  2. In a large bowl beat together cream cheese, sugar, matcha, vanilla, whipping cream and lemon juice.
  3. Pour in the gelatin mix, stir well.
  4. Pour over the prepared crust, smooth the top and leave several hours in the fridge. Dust the top with matcha powder.

  1. Melt butter and let cool.Mix flour, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and ground lemon peel. Let the yeast rise in milk, spoon of sugar and bit of flour, pour into the dry mix. Add yolks, whipping cream and at the end melted butter (raisins and nuts if desired). Kneed the dough by hand, dust with flour and let rise at warm place for 1 hour. Make two loaves, place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let rise additional 15 min. Brush with egg, with sharp knife cut a cross on top. Bake at 180 C. Brush with egg again after 20 min of baking, sprinkle with shaved almonds and finish baking for another 30 min. Done when toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
