BUNDT CAKE WITH GINGER-bread-APPLE FILLING
Instructions

Mix yeast, spoon of sugar and bit of milk and let rise.

Mix Flour, sugar, salt, yeast, eggs, melted butter and milk, kneed dough, cover and let rise in warm place.

Roll out into a rectangle.

Grate peeled apples and ginger-breads.

Mix with cocoa powder and butter, spread on dough.

Roll up and place in greased and floured bundt cake form

Let rise few minutes then bake about hour at 160 C.
