Ingredients
Crust:
- 300 g butter or honey crackers
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 75 g butter melted
Filling:
- 3 heaping tbsp sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp flour
- dash salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- dash ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp butter melted
- 350 ml buttermilk
- fruit for topping

Instructions
- In food processor crush crackers.
- Pour in vanilla extract and butter and work it in by hand.
- Transfer into greased cake pan and press tightly on the bottom.
- Bake 10 min at 160 C.
Filling:
- In a bowl beat filling ingredience until smooth and fluffy.
- Pour onto a crust and bake about 30 min.
- Let cool and top with fruit.
