  1. Melt the ghee butter in a pan, add the diced onion and sauté for a while. Add the chicken pieces, yellow peppers, spinach, and season to taste and continue sautéing. Place one tortilla on a baking sheet, put the chicken mixture on it, sprinkle with grated cheese and Za’atar and cover with the other tortilla. Bake in a preheated oven for about 5 minutes. Garnish on a plate with sour cream and parsley.

Instructions
  1. Wash the cauliflower and cook it in salt water until half soft. When it cools down a bit, break it into smaller pieces.
  2. Sauté the finely chopped onion until golden. Mix the ground meat with milk, egg, sautéd onion and breadcrumbs. Grease the baking dish with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and fill it with the meat mixture. Spread the cauliflower on top, place slices of butter on the cauliflower and bake for 30-45 mins.
  3. For the last 10 mins add grated cheese.

  1. Heat up the oil in a pan and sauté the seasoned chicken on both sides. Transfer the meat to a baking dish and put your premade stuffing on the meat. Sauté the mushrooms in butter until golden, spread over the stuffing, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  2. Spinach: Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until golden. Add thawed spinach, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and cook for a while. Finally, mix the raw egg into the spinach and cook for another 2 mins.
  3. Serve the chicken and spinach with boiled or baked potatoes.

  1. In a pot, sauté the onion cut up in cubes. Add the frozen vegetables and cook for a while. Cut the chicken into cubes, add to the vegetables and season. Rinse and drain the rice, add to the vegetables and meat and add 1 liter of water. Cook for 20 minutes.
