Instructions
  1. n a larger pan, sauté chicken strips until golden on all sides. Remove the meat and store in a warm place. Cut the peppers and onions into strips and sauté in the same pan. Cover with a lid and simmer until soft. Put the chicken strips back, season with spices and garlic.
  2. Pour in the milk, mix in the pasta and slowly cook until soft.
  3. Finally, stir in the grated cheese.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley.

  1. Wash the zucchini and grate them on a coarse grater. Sauté chopped onion and the green onion in a large pan. After a while, add the chopped dried tomatoes, crushed garlic, and grated zucchini (minus the zucchini juice). Roast for about 10 minutes. At the end, add soy sauce, ketchup, mustard, season with salt and pepper and cook for another minute.
  2. Spread the mixture on toasts. (You can put some garlic on the toasts before this step/optional). Sprinkle the toast with grated cheese.

Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven (350*F) for about 10 minutes.

  1. Cut the washed spaghetti squash in half and remove the seeds. Salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with olive oil. Place the squash on a baking sheet with the cut part down and bake in a preheated oven for 30-45 minutes until soft.
  2. n a large pan, sauté finely chopped onion, add the ground turkey and season with spices (salt, pepper, cumin, sweet paprika, oregano, chili, garlic) and stir for about 5 minutes. In a small bowl, dilute tomato paste with water and add it to the pan. Mix in finely chopped green onion and stew under the lid for about 20 minutes.
  3. Prepare your vegetables: Cut up 1 tomato, 1 orange bell pepper, a smaller bunch of coriander, a smaller bunch of parsley and 2 stalks of green onion. Salt to taste. Mix in lemon juice from a lemon.
  4. Take the baked squash out of the oven. You can serve the dish either in the squash or get the flesh on the plate, place the meat on top, add vegetables, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
