ROASTED FETA WITH HONEY
Instructions
  1. Place each piece of cheese on a foil shaped like a bowl and place everything on a baking sheet. Pour olive oil over the cheese and bake for a while. Switch the oven to grill. Spread thyme on the cheese, pour honey over it and grill the cheese until golden.
  2. Serve warm on a baguette drizzled with herbal olive oil.

  1. Soak the peas in cold water overnight. Rinse a few times the next day. Cook them in the broth. Add water during cooking as needed. Leave unseasoned for now.
  2. Prepare the bacon on the stovetop or in the oven, whichever you prefer.
  3. Mix the soup with a stick mixer.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, crushed garlic and marjoram. If the soup is too thick, dilute with water.
  5. Serve with bacon, croutons, and fresh thyme leaves.

  1. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in a greased baking dish. Bake until they are almost done. Then turn the baked meat over, cover with honey, thyme and place lemon slices over it. Squeeze the juice from one lemon over the meat and add a bit of water before placing it back in the heated oven. Bake until golden brown. Serve with rice or potatoes.
